"The first thing you go into the front desk, check-in, beautiful scenery, beautiful location. The hotel is on the old side. The elevator is super old. The pool area is so dumb. In order to get to the pool bar you have to go all the way around on pool ladder that shouldn’t even exist since the early 2000s. Very dangerous for elder people the stairs going down to the beach is so high and steep again very dangerous for kids and elder people. Food was OK. Should be a little cheaper for the what you’re getting. Also know high-end alcohol."

"Overall, the stay was pretty good. My wife and I were just there for our 10 year anniversary. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurants was good. There were some things though that we weren’t thrilled about. The food from room service was lack luster. I don’t have high expectations from room service but we ordered it twice and both time neither my wife nor I finished more than half of the food (eggs very underdone with running clear yolk, pizza dough not cooked all the way through, etc.). We had a corner room with a golf and ocean view on the 10th floor (view was great). The room however was not in very good shape for the hotel only being two years old. There were lots of spots on the floor where the LVP was separating and would flex down when walking on and I actually cut my toe open on it the first night we were there just walking and catching on it. The curtains also didn’t cover all of the glass meaning lots of light coming in early. The other main thing we didn’t like was being hard pitched at check in for a breakfast to be talked to about other Hyatt stays for a $200 voucher to be used towards amenities. We got pitched twice (at check in and the next day in the lobby) even after saying we weren’t interested and we were then offered another stay at Hyatt that needed to be used within 12 months when we checked out and were waiting for our shuttle. Aside from that it was clean and it was an ok stay, just not what we were hoping."

"Visited May, 2026. This property is well maintained, the hotel grounds is clean, likewise, my room was clean with good amenities, I stayed in building C and had a partial sea view. The pools are well maintained and kids friendly. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy access to public transport and convenience stores are a couple minutes walk away. The food and drink were ample, the restaurant staff was very attentive and there was a wide variety of food, the taste was in the better side, I liked Fasano restaurant, the Italian restaurant was okay, but for me the Italian food had a little too much pepper, it was Italian with a Mexican twist, the hotel is on the beach, but the sargassum seaweed hinders the beach experience, overall I will stay here again, its good value for money and very kids friendly, its a good family spot"

"Pools were nice. My son loves the pirate ship. Over all star was nice. My only issue were with the people who came to the hotel. It had carnival cruise vibes. People were telling the kids to pee in the pools because they didn't want to take the time to take them to the bathroom. I know it's annoying to take them every hour but my God it's nasty. "
