However, upon arrival, the unit only had one queen bed, one single bed, a sofa bed, and an extra mattress placed on the floor. This is a significant discrepancy from what was advertised and materially affected our stay. In addition, the condition of the condominium was unacceptable. The unit was not properly cleaned, and we encountered roaches and other bugs in multiple areas, including the closets, kitchen, and bathrooms. We had to request insect spray ourselves, which was only provided after raising the issue. I raised these concerns with the host/property management, but they did not offer any reasonable resolution or even a partial refund despite the misleading listing and poor sanitation. "
