"Centrallly located, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. SM Aura is across the street and Ayala Mall also. Market Markrt for fruits, goodies, street foods and everything in between, this hotel is a hidden gem. The best part of this hotel is their staff specially the bell staff, concierge. Front desk staff are not as accomodating especially checking in early even if they have room availble. They want to over charge for a few hours more than a days rate. They need to look into this so they don’t miss out on opportunities of making extra money. If check in is at 2pm and rooms are available early, create a policy to check in people at prorated hourly rate not P3000. That’s like robbing people. Then letting people wait in the lobby until 2pm. Instead of creating a great experience upon arrival. However plenty of restaurants at SM Aura to spend that money on. I will still recommend and stay at this hotel. I love the everyone at the door and concierge. They are so welcoming, always courteous and kind with a smile."

"Place was nice and exciting but dated everywhere . Food at Benjarong under qualified to charge too much. Pantry breakfast was amazing. Areas behind the koi pond a bit unkempt and needs cleanup and sprucing and around the property. Water pitcher is environmentally friendly but a bit of a work for guests to walk to refill station without bothering room service every time you need a refill. Across all staff, they are ALL amazing."
