We were meet on time at the airport by hotel staff and shuttle driver! Check in/out was very fast! We were allowed to check in early. The whole hotel staff including the Bistro Restaurant were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast buffet was amazing and there was a big variety of dishes.The free local shuttle van was a very pleasant surprise and very nice driver! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay the B Hotel, it was wonderful!

Overall our stay was wonderful, but the transportation service failed us when the hotel shuttle dropped us off in an area where no taxis could be found. The shuttle driver gave us invalid telephone numbers to call for pickup. We eventually had to hail a PNPolice vehicle and the officers kindly returned us to the hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available.
