Good place to stay

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and the staff showed good customer service. Only downside during the stay was parking. We were not given any other option than the valet.

The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!

Always happy to be back in New Coast Hotel! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Hotel is well located and just a stone's throw away (3-min walk) from Robinson mall offering restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a well-stocked supermarket, movie theatre, beauty parlour, bookstore...you name it, they have it!

That I'm aware this is the best place in this area. It's a former Hyatt. There is a new Sheraton nearby which I haven't stayed at but is also probably good. Big good shopping mall a couple blocks away and good Arab food nearby and my favorite restaurant Casa Armas a few blocks away with Spanish food. The area around the hotel is all kind od honky tonk karaoke bars and generally very low end and down and out and girls on their last dollar. I wouldn't take my wife there. I like this hotel because it's smack in the middle and pool facing rooms are very quiet. My stay was downright cheap. Good value for money.

Quite an experience to stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice and helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast is good although it was not as many variations as last year but I still totally enjoy the breakfast being served. The new breakfast place is just fabulous.The chef even made a requested pandesal with corned beef which is such a nice gesture that he remembers. Love the place and will stay again for sure.

The hotel has been undergoing renovations for some time, and will be for the foreseeable future. Some things are outdated or showing their age, I had 2 shower wall tiles fall off while I was there. The staff is very professional and polite, you couldn’t ask for more as far as they are concerned. Once the renovations are complete this will absolutely be a 5 star rating for most us that stay here.
