The entire staff, including housekeeping, restaurant personnel, and bar tenders, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. One standout member of the staff was my personal concierge, Angel Lopez, who consistently went above and beyond. He was super quick to respond to any requests, always incredibly helpful, attentive to our needs, and remarkably accommodating, making our stay even more seamless and memorable. Beyond the outstanding service, the food at the resort was simply the best I've ever had at any resort, with diverse and delicious options to suit every palate. I wholeheartedly recommend Secrets Maroma Beach Resort and am already looking forward to my return visit!"

"Our room was clean and well kept during our stay, as was the property as a whole. The staff were all very friendly. Food was excellent at some restaurants (French was amazing, Mexican just okay), great drink selections. Shows were good. Finding some of the restaurants was a little difficult due to signage. Overall, would definitely recommend!"

"Clean rooms and impecable room service. Property itself was small and easy to navigate. Gift shop stayed open until 11pm which came in handy! Breakfast was great at both restaurants and the afternoon taqueria being open was fabulous! The beach was why we stayed here. Romantic and calm atmosphere. We loved our time"

"Towels and robes had stains. Sometimes staff would forget to leave hand towels, even after the request. A/C was impossible to control and room was always extremely cold, even after staff tried to set up temperature. Pack of chips that was in the mini-bar had chips covered in mold even though it was still within the expiry date. Property has beach access, but there are no loungers available. Only one restaurant on the property apart from the snack bar at the pool area, food was just okay. "
