"Staff was very friendly, food was amazing, facilities were pristine and spectacularly maintained, and rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped. It is much better to rent a car to get to this location and be able to visit nearby attractions such as cenotes, Xcaret, Cancun itself, etc. Only negative side is that the “all inclusive” does not actually include water activities such as kayaks, scuba diving, jet skis, etc. they all have additional prices, even those that were supposed to be included such as kayaks, have some tourist taxes. The additional price was mentioned during the booking process (for jet skis), though. By far the best restaurants were the French and the Italian, truly spectacular food and service. The cafe near the lobby was also really good, with very tasty options and excellent service. The beach was pretty small but very well maintained and clean, despite sargassum, it was frequently removed. The pool was also very nice, with an open bar next to it, as well as a pizza station. Overall, a spectacular experience, would definitely come back!"

"We loved our experience here. The resort was newly renovated, rooms were modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet, really enjoyed the Mexican food (tamales, plantain, etc. ) and LOVED the make-your-own chievche bar (so fresh). The bartenders at the Le Fleur/Steakhouse were incredible (such high quality personalized cocktails and an unexpected show) these bartenders really made it a one of kind experience. The riviara hotel part is still under construction but it didn't effect our experience much. Really appreciated the hotel trams that drove you directly to your hotel rooms from the lobby or beach. The beach was a little eroded and a bit seaweedy but we still had a great time lounging by the beach. 100% would be excited to go back. "

"I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid. Yes, there is a pond with crocodiles on the property, but during our 10-day stay we saw a crocodile only once. Rather than being a downside, it adds a sense of exotic adventure and variety to the experience. As for the downsides: if you have mobility issues, a disability, or are traveling with elderly people, you should carefully consider whether this hotel is suitable for you. The hotel is not equipped with ramps. To access one of the restaurants for dinner, you must climb three flights of stairs — there is no elevator or alternative access. The restaurant is located on the second floor. The same applies to access to the beach and the swimming pool, both of which require using stairs. This was quite challenging for my husband (who uses a walker) and for my elderly parents. That said, the staff are very kind and helpful and will assist whenever possible. I would also like to mention some inconveniences for guests traveling with pets. We stayed with our small 4 kg poodle. Although th"
