"We stayed here at the Princess Sunset hotel in Playa Del Carmen. Their architecture, operations, and the food were top notch. Everything went really smooth with our stay. Most of all, their staff was soooo warm and hospitable that it has truly left such a great impression to me for Mexico. The only critique I have is that I wish there was a night swim option. Perhaps just a main pool with two lifeguards? However, it’s understandable that theres liability for a family resort. Overall, we had such an amazing stay!!! And would highly recommend this resort to first time visitors to Mexico."

"Stayed in June and it was excellent. This time it was just good. The menu changed at the main restaurant and the food was not very good. Seemed a little short staffed. The other restaurant was closed, so we went over to the St. Regis for dinner by golf cart. Room service breakfast and the lobby bar food was great, I wish whoever was doing that would redo the Kitchen’s menu again."
