"We love staying at Platinum Yucatán Princess. The staff are simply fabulous. They are so warm and friendly. Food is always good. We love the swim-out suites. You can participate in various activities or just veg poolside with a good book. Access to the sister properties is nice. The beach is not always available because of large amounts of stinky sargassum but that’s nature. While it may not be the most luxurious resort we have stayed at, it meets all of our needs without paying an arm and a leg. Love going back to see our friends Javier, Garameel and many others. "

"Property was immaculate and staff were always very helpful. Small resort laid out very well with easy access to all amenities. Beach was clean and maintained along with the rest of the resort. The food in the buffet and à la carts were delicious! There were all kinds of activities during the day and a show each night. After 10pm the resort was quiet with no disco but lobby bar still served drinks. I would definitely return to ocean maya royale. "

"A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. The concierge was very helpful and communication went flawless. "

"Truly enjoyed the Fairmont. Beautiful property, great food at the pool restaurant. Friendly staff there as well. One big frustration was the totally unreliable staff at the reception/golf cart transportation on site: several times we were told: a driver is on the way, will be there or told by a driver “justifying around there back in a minute” without anyone ever showing up afterwards.
