"The St Regis in Kanai lives up to the. Rand name. From the property itself the staff the rooms everything is at the level you would expect from a st Regis. The rooms are beautifully designed with comfortable beds and bedding. The views of the mangroves and beach and property are exactly why you take vacation. The staff is is overly attentive to every need and desire. This is a perfect hotel. We went with our tween and teens. Obviously not a party hotel but they still enjoyed every minute. Great job. One little jab the food at the pool could be a little better with more options to choose from. But still very good."

"Absolutely gorgeous property, one of the most unique stays I have ever experienced. Every room you get your own huge villa with spacious bathrooms, living spaces, and a private pool. You also have multiple pools on property on top of it. The staff is amazing, they treat you like VIP's and it's so amazing to be able to access the full property by boat, bike, golf cart, or good ole fashion walking. My only qualm about the property was that they don't have all restaurant options open so you're limited in choices also the pricing is pretty high. I don't think I spent less than $100 for every meal, but the food quality is top level and their bar has some of the most interesting drink combo's I've experienced. I would highly recommended everyone to stay on this property I cannot wait to come back and also very family friendly!"

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
