The facility is good. The staff and hotel personnel are excellent. My only complaint is when I stayed there. The first night I checked in, I got a full set of 2 large size shower towels, 2 medium size towels and 2 small size towels. The next day, it reduced to 5 towels total, then 4 and eventually 3 towels. It was not affected my staying since I traveled alone but I did reported to the front desk just in case so they don’t charge me for the missing towels. Turning out they didn’t have enough towels to go around. I was the one getting less because I was solo.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Food is very good. Yes higher cost than elsewhere as woth any hotel. This one is worth the extra cost. Room is spacious and comfortable. House keeping is amazing.

Great staff, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They had valentine supper which was great and the following morning, breakfast buffet was very good. Depending on what you wanted to do location can be good or bad. The front street is very noisy and busy, do not hear it inside the hotel. We picked it because it was close to mall and ferries,1/2 hr.

High quality - value for money

The hotel opened December 2023, so still in condition as new (July 2024). Very friendly staff overal. Ok breakfast buffet (could be improved Good parking facilities. Hotel to be recommended, we already booked a second trip to here.

Fresh, nice and really valuable hotel in Cebu!

Second stay this month vouches we really this hotel! Only 7 months old (July 2024) all is new and fresh, no wear and tear. Good aircon, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is somewhat ok but the only thing in the hotel that could be upgraded/overviewed. The coffee and capuccinos are good, though! We will surely return to this hotel next time in Cebu!

Hotel facility/amenities and customer services is excellent. I stayed 3N and on my 2nd night I had written comments about the bath towels. I was pleasantly surprised that hotel management went over and beyond to make sure that my room is replenished with Snow White plush and soft bath towels with Fairfield by Marriott tags! That made my day and added an icing on the cake on my last night at Fairfield by Marriott Mandaue. That said, there is nothing much outside of the hotel but there is a dining gem which is a short walk away … Black Smokehouse that has excellent BBQ steak. Just be mindful walking the streets as they are dusty and traffic is horrific. It is not worth hailing a cab because it is a skip and a hop away from the hotel. The Commerce Bank next to the hotel is convenient for currency exchange. Travel distance from CEB airport to hotel is 15mins without traffic and one-way cab fare is between pesos 150 and 170. Take only the white cab (honest and economical). Avoid the black and yellow cabs at all cost.

Friendliest staff in the world!

This is a brand new hotel so it’s beautiful, well designed and super comfortable. But the single best feature of this hotel is the staff. They are the friendliest, happiest staff we have ever experienced. Period. Their smiles are from ear-to-ear and all they want to do is make you happy and have a great day. Wow! Kudos to the team, best wishes for great success and thank you for a great stay. P.S. For U.S. travelers, The Fairfield brand in the Philippines and Asia is much more high end than the brand in the U.S. Definitely a 4-star hotel.

Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries cold. My fiancés pasta and chicken, chicken cooked fresh and tasty, but the pasta was cold and dry as if it was cooked earlier in the day. That meal was the only disappointment of the stay. The waitstaff was excellent and deserved praise for how it was handled. But the chef that day, is not who you need for that role. The two buffets we enjoyed were excellent! Overall would tell everyone in Cebu to stay here when visiting…great place minus a bad meal…

The service is excellent, the room though small was very nice. The restaurant had a good buffet for breakfast and Saturday night as well. However my fiancé and I went for a late lunch ate food off the menu and were very disappointed, a sandwiche was inedible, the bread so hard it couldn’t be cut and the meat so dry you could not bite off a piece, like it was jerky. Fries cold. My fiancé had past with chicken, the chicken was good and the pasta was cold and hard…it seemed they were serving something thay had been holding and was reheated in a microwave… disappointing. Great Hotel, great service, the kitchen hit and miss…
