"The Indian lady that checked us in wasn’t too helpful. Her accent was strong and most importantly she failed to arrange to have our connecting rooms set up, leaving me wandering around trying to open up the 2nd room with only one set of keycards. She never informed of the wifi/breakfast and assigned rooms with no view, terrible! Fortunately, my wife was able to get someone else to move us to more accommodating rooms the next day.
This hotel is situated at prime location on Orchard road, you’ll love it here if you like to visit the many shopping malls around here! To me, the most amazing thing is their breakfast at the Estate restaurant, it’s like a maze of many types of breakfast food! It’s huge and I’ve never seen anything like this! Come early, after 9:30am the place will be packed! Overall, we had a delightful experience here (and in Singapore)!"
