"Laundry was very nice. Rooms were very small. It would have been nice to order à la carte from Sizzler if you didn’t want buffet. Congierge was helpful. Location was fantastic. Cabs were good. "

"The hotel is very old and bathrooms are very dated. Amenities, there is no gym on site rather run by a third party and pay an additional fee to use. I was expecting a 4 star hotel however I would say less than 3 star."

"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"

"No helpful staff. They camharfed me for a night I didn’t stay. I contacted them as my flight was delayed and the time changed but they said no. "
