"This was a nice hotel with friendly staff with a prime location in Shinjuku. Only two issues for me. The first was the set of pillows that were on the bed were not comfortable. But I went to the front desk and asked for some soft pillows. They gave me two soft pillows free of charge. Second was the showers didn’t have scrub towels, so it was just body soap and scrub by hand. For the location and the price, I would stay again at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku."

"The breakfast was great. When we tried to use the free amenity we were denied access as we had not booked a reservation. There was no posting provided stating that the free foot bath required a reservation, the communication was that it was open to call guest staying on property. Great with the extra security having to key to use the elevator."
