"Fantastic hotel experience. Many wonderful touches and gestures that made a memorable traditional feeling stay. Rooms and bathrooms exceptional. Service a little out of touch with international high end hotel norms and protocols, but overall highly recommended. "
"Such an elegant hotel with amazing staff and great service. The rooms and hotel are designed so professionally which catches your eyes on the first look. "
"It was a fun trip with my family. It was very close to the subway station and the sauna facility was the best. The breakfast was great too, so I recommend it to others."
"It is definitely a great place to stay. The subway station is right downstairs. Amazing department store right next door. Fantastic restaurants on site. And I could eat breakfast here everyday for the rest of my life!!!"

"Hotel is beautiful. Extra charges for amenities like pool and gym, limited hours for nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and expense of hotel restaurants are challenging for jet lagged travellers."
"I am planning a trip back, and I will be staying here. This hotel was beautiful and had excellent amenities. My stay was a 10/10, and I'm so excited to return."
"My room at this Sotetsu inn is slightly bigger than the one I stayed at in the Ueno area. Room is quiet and comfortable, though you should mind the height difference when you step out of the bathroom. Nonetheless, this hotel provides stepping stools if it bothers any guest. A short walk to the JR Kanda station. "
"Everything was great. If traveling in summer you can walk indoors inside the hotel and get within 400 yards of the subway entrance Akasaka-mitsuke or Nagatacho. Do not follow google maps walking directions to either of these entrances. Stay in the hotel all the way to the end. This hotel is very close to all the action via the subway or taxis. Concierge was helpful in advance of our arrival with diner reservations, baseball game, and more. The room I stayed in had the wood bath and king bed. It was very spacious for Japan. Wife and I did not fell cramped at all bathroom had two sinks. Very nice walk in closet. The hotel is slightly dated, but it didn't matter to me."
