This hotel was amazing! The staff was very helpful every step of the way! There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but it is also a 5 minute walk to a metro station to get you anywhere you’d want to go. The area is quiet most of the time. They have self serve laundry which you could use with coin or card (detergent self dispenses in the machine) but they also have full service laundry. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay! It was close to the train station, and just a bit further was Tokyo Station. It was pretty quiet in the area at night. The room was nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that there were only two laundry machines for the whole hotel, so trying to time when to do laundry was a bit challenging if you needed to use it. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Not an amazing experience. The rooms are very small and outdated. There was a dehumidifier that did not work so the clothes were wet after the rain for over 24 hours until I used the dryer on the 3rd floor which works only if you dry one item at the time. The breakfast was also mid at best. This was a 4th hotel we stayed during the trip so I have something to compare it with.

We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi for the first stint of our honeymoon. The hotel is pleasant, very clean, has wonderful staff and it’s in a great location of Tokyo. You are not too far from Tokyo train station should you want to travel around different areas. Around a 10 minute walk. Should you need to move your luggage to another hotel. They will also do that for you. They provided free bottles of water everyday which was ideal for when you’re busy around Tokyo. The bath is nice and deep, so you can have a good soak after a long day. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would consider staying again in the future!
