6/10 Okay

This was our first time staying at the Paris. Overall, okay but not great. We liked the kiosk check in and out process.
However, the room had obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. Three lamps in our room were broken and non functional. The carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum and visibly stained. My wife refused to use the bathtub because it didn’t look clean. Even with a nonsmoking floor, the smell was noticeable in the hallways. The fitness center was okay, nothing spectacular, the machines were modern and good working order.
Surprisingly, there was no security to reach your floor on the elevator. This was a bit concerning and other properties in Vegas have this. Also, no app room key which is pretty standard even at Holiday inn.
We dined at the American Bistro and Eiffel Tower. Both had excellent food and service but very pricey. Breakfast at the Bistro was $93 with $7 for cup of regular coffee. The Eiffel Tower, price is expected views of Bellagio Fountains was spectacular, but Al la cart bread was pushing it.
Overall, this property is showing its age and dire need of renovation. Everything in Vegas, especially on the Strip, now is designed for maximum revenue extraction but while expected we also expected a more premium experience for the cost. Sadly, we may never be back.
