Staff was polite and the hotel itself is lively and clean. Unfortunately the room we were provided could have used better attention to the bathroom. The tub would have been nice to use but there was a red stain by the drain that we didn’t want to touch. Even though housekeeping came every day this was never cleaned in the 7 days we were there. We also found someone else’s fake eyelash on the floor of the bathroom after it was “cleaned”.

An iconic hotel to stay, the casino was well run with lots of options. The hotel has a variety of places to eat, and the room was really good. The only downside is that the room cleaning was not done in two days and I had to call to the front desk to get it done. Nevertheless, I did enjoy my time at Paris Las Vegas and would definetely stay there again.

The casino was well run, one of the casinos that smelled the least like cigarette smoke. Most employees were really nice some seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The rooms were nice my only complaint from that would be that the rooms were a little banged up, paint missing on some walls, fixtures hanging loosely off the wall. I was worried about getting charged for what was already wrong with the room but thankfully it wasn’t an issue. Mobile check in was very helpful. Got into my room 10 mins after finding the check in.

I loved the property and how close it was to the miracle shops! My room was nice and clean however one of the housekeepers asked if I wanted my room clean twice and I said yes but I was still getting dressed and she stated that she would come back. So once I was ready and left I saw that they were still nearby so I assumed when I got back my room would be clean and I came back to my room not clean which wasn’t a big deal but I just thought after she asked twice and I said yes that they would come back.

Self Parking for $20. Kiosk check in was easy. Be aware of the $60 daily resort fee. Beautiful pool. Excellent 7 dollar Cafe Americano at Cafe Americano. We had a couple of engineering problems which were handled effectively. Try Bobby's Burgers on the casino level.

We stayed in room 2525P and checked out on April 6. It would be great if you could recognize the cleaning lady for having such a wonderful interaction with people and so helpful.
