My husband and I stayed in the north tower during 4th of July weekend. The room was practically soundproof. We enjoyed the mall, restaurants, casino and the pool during our stay. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was wonderful most the staff was great. It was pile of trash by the trash cans, and sometimes there was a mess in the elevator and when we told the staff about it, they didn’t really care. We did enjoy the hotel and casino. I just wish it was a little more clean.

I loved The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the busy street and hotels. I just wish they put a full-length mirror in the rooms. After getting dressed, there was no mirror except in the bathroom, not even in the elevators. I'm sure will back there very soon😊

I had an excellent stay at Planet Hollywood! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the Strip. Great experience from check-in to check-out—I’ll definitely be back!

Property was clean and good. They have an online concierge service which worked well. I believe there were only 2 pools and they can be pretty busy which is expected with so many guests staying at the same time. There are things to see nearby, which is great. Weekdays offer great prices

Cool vibe in the casino. Central location for the strip. Rooms are easy to get to without too much walking. Rooms are cooled very well and they are very clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Lots Of children running up & down halls all hours . Dance convention in town . I stay here every time i come to vegas & this is first time i've been disappointed . Usually it's quiet & not a lot of family's stay , is why i always choose this hotel . But not this time , loud noises alll night people partying in rooms at 3am . Very disappointed at our stay . I think our whole floor was the kid & party floor. I told staff when we checked in it was our 15 th anniversary & Id like a quiet room & a pretty view ( i've always gotten to stay in North tower) not this time . ) Room was overlooking AC roof ugliest room ever . Fridge didn't work & Banging all night ( never could figure that noise , sounded like someone banging on Pipes ) called doewnstaird they didn't care ) just hung up on us.

First room they put me in was filthy. Called down to have someone come clean, I waited 3 hours. I eventually went down to speak to a manager. Staff member Ricardo was great. Put us in a different room with a slight view upgrade. That room was better, but still not quite up to standard. We made do. The resort itself is nice. Casino is clean. Nice dining options. Right in the middle of the strip. My complaint is the condition of the rooms. Kind of a weird set up as well. Lots of unnecessary furnishings. They could definitely use a refresh/ update. They are worn down for what you would expect from a prime location resort like that one.

I’ve always appreciated the spacious bathroom layout at PH, with a separate room for the toilet. We were fortunate enough to get a room on the highest floor with a stunning strip view overlooking the Bellagio water fountain. It was a beautiful sight! However, the fan was a bit of a nuisance. It directly blew onto my head, causing me to wake up with a headache every morning.

I checked in June 18th in room 842 for the Jeezy concert. Immediately upon check in, sheets were filthy, toilet was running, sink was stopped up. I called down to the front desk and no reported within 20 minutes. I went down to the front desk just to be escorted back to the room with a housekeeping manager. I guess they had to see the dirt for themselves. The only good thing was they had a room available in 10 minutes (the same room they tried to charge an additional 50 per night at check in). The manager did assist with getting our bags to the next room promptly. Immediately upon entry we conducted a room check and things were fine. I understand the property receives outrageous complaints, but when something of this sort takes place, be kind and accommodating to those that pay to stay. Not gamble to stay
