The staff handling check-in and check-out did a great job getting me checked in and out quickly and efficiently. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the access to the pool area from my room. Great selection of restaurants and it was conveniently located on the strip.

This was our first time staying at planet Hollywood. We usually stay at the Cosmo or Mandalay Bay. We were pleasantly suprised! The room was great, really everything was great, and the gal at the front desk that helped us with a check-in issue was super pleasant.
