"They have a small registration/check in desk with 5 stations but only 4 or less clerks attending those desks at the 4pm check in time. This hotel and all its gaming space is HUGE. I mean there must be 2000 rooms! But only a 4 or less people available to check guests in at the 4pm check in time? I used a self help kiosk. Got halfway through the check in process and the kiosk froze. Moved to another kiosk. Completed check in (including full payment) but the kiosk said “cannot provide room key, please go to registration desk.” This is a real issue. Weary customers have endured a long day of tiring traveling just to encounter this mess at check in. It’s a sad situation."
