"The checkin staff were very friendly. It was nice that this is a smaller hotel compared to the rest on the strip, so it wasn’t crowded. The beach access was close to the room. The grounds were well maintained. The only thing negative I have to say was about the Bumbleberry flats restaurant. It’s supposed to open at 8am and we were waiting in line til 8:15 when someone came out. While waiting in line it appeared staff came in late, so we asked what the hold up was, and she couldn’t say. No one apologized for the delay. No one said thank you for your patience. No explanation. Then we find out it was buffet ONLY on Sunday when we wanted to order from the restaurant so we left and went to another hotel to eat. The website doesn’t specify that the restaurant isn’t open during buffet hours. I gave a 5 star reviews because the hotel stay was great!"

"Staff members were amazing, everything was great clean room also gotta give prop for the cleaning staff that they have good and bad rooms to clean there’s a lot of dirty people that don’t like to pick up, I try my best to leave the room clean as much as I can…. Good job to all the amazing staff"

"For the price our room was very spacious! It has the feel of a motel they converted into an “inn”. But our room was clean, adequately stocked and and as I said, spacious. We did not use the pool but we looked at it and it looked clean and well maintained. If you must stop in Needles where there isn’t much to speak of, and you don’t want to pay Hampton Inn prices then this place should work. Check in was good. The lady at the desk was very warm and friendly."
