I had unintentionally selected the wrong dates through a third-party platform (Expedia), but he graciously approved the cancellation and even reached out to Expedia on my behalf. His generosity extended beyond this gesture, as he personally invited me for tea at his desk—a level of hospitality I had never experienced at any other hotel before.
