We had a good stay overall. The reception was good( fast check in) . Breakfast was our favorite during our stay. This hotel could benefit from a good renovation ( the carpet was old, with a bit of smell) Our bedroom had some humidity stains on the walls. Linen & towels were clean but very used. I would like to appreciate the staff; they were very helpful; particularly: aquid( housekeeping), Jimmy& Ismael.

This is the worst hotel in Dubai probably, don’t even pay any money for this place, service is horrible and facilities are even worse. Valet is a rip off and I usually waited 30-40 mins just for someone to park my car. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs!
