Very well located inside the souq (though that means a car cannot drop you off at the front door). Great locale, close to restaurants, everything walkable. The bedroom was great, but just a little small - or maybe the bed was too big. Staff were very nice. I would stay there again!

The hotel is in the middle of a historical part of Dubai. It is also near Dubai Creek and an "aura" ride across to the Gold Souk. I really loved the cafe, where you could have a refreshing lime mint drink or watermelon juice drink. The room I stayed in was cute and perfect for my needs. The fruit plate was a perfect welcome gift. I wish I had stayed longer.

A Beautiful Traditional Stay in Dubai's Old Town

XVA Art Hotel is a stunning example of traditional Arabian architecture, located in the heart of the old town. The atmosphere is charming and full of character, making it a hotspot for tourists. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. One thoughtful touch is that the hotel provides a shower room for guests with late flights, which is really convenient. If I visit Dubai again, I will definitely stay here again!

I really wanted a more Arabic experience on this trip to Dubai. I could not have been more pleased. The staff couldn’t do enough for me. The location is perfect for a quiet 90min walk at night. I had a single room, small but comfortable. I needed to be in the main bar area for WiFi to work but it was no issue and the staff kept the tea coming. Brilliant. Can’t wait to go back.

This is one of the few properties in Dubai where you can stay right in the middle of the historic district and walk to the textile, spice and gold souks. It is a wonder boutique hotel with unique rooms, great food and delightful, friendly service.

Excellent, charming hotel. Wonderful experience. The only issue was that the taxi driver was unable to find it. To get there from the main road at 1AM was challenging. Small streets are like a maze the first time you walk. Daytime is no problem, and if you walk a few times, there's no issue. Better signage at the taxi drop-off point would be helpful.

Personale cortese, struttura situata nella parte storica di Dubai, la più interessante a mio avviso. Stanza caratteristica e bellissima ambientazione che penalizza un po' il comfort del soggiorno, ma vale la pena perchè ti porta in una dimensione particolare. Poca illuminazione nella stanza e tavoletta del wc logora, assolutamente da sostituire. La colazione tipica si ripete ogni mattina, buona ma potrebbero variare un po'. Con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe un posto eccellente.
