I was shocked by how untidy the place and unprofessional the front desk staff were. The room was dark and small. The bed sheet was torn and the pillow cover stained and wrinkled. There were no towels in the bathroom and windows in the room opened very close to a muddy and ruined wall. the hotel entrance was in a dirty and noisy alley full of peddlers. The safe in the room was broken and they refused to fix it and we just couldn't trust to leave our valuables unprotected. We decided to leave the hotel and look for another hotel. Luckily we found a very clean and beautiful hotel nearby and decided to stay there and just let go of our prepaid booking at that awful place. All pictures provided for your website are completely misleading.

The rooms were very small, the bathroom was extremely small and very dirty, and they didn’t take care of cleanliness at all. The breakfast was very limited, and the place was so smelly. I will never use this hotel for my next trip.

I decided not to say there after reading some of the reviews and they refused to cancel my booking and refund my money even though it was booked over a week in advance and within 24hr of making the booking The website also lies about the distance from the airport check on Google maps!!

Although staff are helpful, but the response is very slow. I got disappointed with the toilet and bath room because we were assigned to a room for the disable the room door lock seems to be loose. We stayed there for 3 nights and on the 1st day I requested to transfer to another room but the staff only made a promise that did not happenned. I hope that the management will improve the hotel facilities and services if they want to get a good review.

Horrible hotel, stay away. Hotel staff are very rude, rooms are dirty and lacked window. People staying in this hotel and area are very questionable. Do not stay here.

Worst ever hotel in Dubai.

Booked two rooms to stay near the airport for couple of nights. The pictures on hotels.com are fake the hotel is nothing like the pictures. Dirty smelly Yellow water coming down from shower. Only stayed there for an hour because had small kids with us and was not safe and clean enough for children. Left the hotel and booked another hotel Novotel nearby. I wasted my 180£ if you want the same book it 🙂

It’s the worst place I have ever stayed. Rooms full of cockroaches and bugs. The rooms had no towels. Elevators were not working. The area around seems to be the worst in Dubai. The hotel was extremely dirty, we paid for breakfasts, but after our first breakfast visit we never went even though we paid. Our whole Dubai plan was ruined by staying here.

This is worst value for money I have got. I felt like I was kept hostage while someone was negotiating my release. Extremely claustrophobic. No windows. No sunlight. I booked a double bed room. They gave a tiny single bed room. For the same price, I was able to shift to a better hotel with better surroundings, better Area of the room, 2 times the area of this room, extremely well lit. Please don't judge the great city of Dubai based on the experience of white fort. Dubai is great if you can find the right hotel. This isn't the one for anyone. If I wasn't attending the event I was attending, i would have left(checked out) the first day. I regret not leaving after the first day. Take care guys!

Smelly hotel, staff had given away my rooms however did sort it out later. Breakfast was not enough and was finished quickly despite having nearly 50 minutes of breakfast time remaining. Had the cheeck to ask for tax for the room when we had complained about breakfast and other things. Not a good experience not worth the money. Would have been better off hiring a villa for the week.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Nicht in der High Society Viertel, sondern wo das eigentliche Leben der Arbeiterbevölkerung stattfindet. Im Hotel waren auch Arbeiter aus Indien und Afrika als Besuch da. Ich hatte eigentlich mit Frühstück gebucht. Aber habe nur gekochten Reis und andere gekochten Speisen als Frühstück vorgelegt. Ich habe Butter und Marmelade zum Frühstück verlangte, haben sie sich entschuldigt, dass sie keine Butter oder Marmelade haben. Sie bieten nur dieses Frühstück. Das warmes Wasser ist in diesem Hotel knapp, besser gesagt nicht vorhanden. Ich habe meine Haare mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen. Föhngerät funktionierte nicht. Rezeption angerufen. Ein funktionierendes Föhngerät wurde mir versprochen, das es bald zu meinem Zimmer gebracht wird. Das Föhn kamm nie an. Am nächsten Abend war mein einlagiges Toilettenpapier ausgegangen. Rezeption kontaktiert. Am Appart heißt es: Geben Sie mir 2 Minuten. Das Toilettenpapier kam beim nie an. Mir hat es gut gefallen, dass ich Dubai von einer anderen Seite kennengelernt habe. Was noch mir gut gefallen hat, ist die Metrostation in der nahen Umgebung gewesen.

Hotel White Fort, Dubai

I spent 4 nights in this hotel during the last phase of the World Expo, so the room rate was beyond my budget. It’s located in one of the most vibrant areas in Dubai near the Baniyas Square Metro Station, so you can simply take the metro to visit other tourist attractions. There are full of amenities and eateries nearby which still operate after mid-night. Since that area is like a melting port for tourists and locals from all walks of life to hang out, you have to tolerate a bit the hustle and bustle. Regarding the room, it’s a typical hotel room. If the shower curtain can be longer, water will not spill out. The front desk staff members were helpful enough.
