"Very nice hotel close to Dubai business areas and also the metro which was convenient. Has a nice view of the Burj Khalifa from some rooms. Staff were friendly and generally accommodating. Only negative point is that to go to the top level you have to have a reservation and minimum is $D100. We had 20 people staying at the hotel for a wedding and wanted to take some pictures up there but were not allowed. This was disappointing considering the amount of money we'd spent there already. Elevators during Fri-Sun are also quite busy so can take a while if you're above floor 41. Overall it's a nice hotel and I'd stay there again."

"Had issues with ants in the bed that the hotel sent someone round to sort but following morning they were back, called Them again they said they will come around again but never did. Ali and Samuel on concierge and front door were fantastic always happy and ready to help anytime, only bad part involves taxis please get a price first as you will get ripped off 100 dirhams to go to Atlantis which is 1/2 mile away, next taxi charges you 12 dirhams! 150’dirhams to airport was bumped up to 350’dirhams and when challenged says its hotel price, really only disappointing about the stay at hotel is the taxis that pick you up from there again just be careful"

"Hello team of Arabian Park, this was my 3 time staying with you guys and again it was perfect experience, last year during Ramada I was here with my wife amazing hotel everything this time around I was on a solo trip and I loved every minute of it the man who checked me in I never got his name but he works at overnight shift till morning he checked me in and took care of everything and during my stay as usual Maratha took care of everything I have know Maratha from last year staying at the hotel so it was great to see she’s still working there she’s the best always smiling and saying if u need anything I’m here and also your new worker Mary was amazing she gave me change when I asked for it so amazing amazing also all the hotel staff was amazing even the restaurant one this hotel has the best coffee maker and can’t wait be back next year again thank you for your costumer service always appreciate they all deserve a award or something for this outstanding performance and the hotel was so busy with tourist but they made sure everyone was taken care of it’s amazing "
