Honestly such a poor quality “luxury” hotel. Stayed at the apartments and people in the apartments were treated as secondary by the staff. Reception staff were dismissive, room service barely cleaned anything and took very long to deliver whatever was requested. On the day we were leaving we called for luggage carts, 10 minutes passed there was no cart, so we just physically took our 3 large and 2 carry on suitcases to the taxis. At the 300$ New Years party, we were served cheap alcohol. Such a disappointing stay overall, I will definitely stay away from this hotel in future.
