The hotel was in a great location, opposite Naif rd if you enjoy cheap shopping. It was big and clean. However, breakfast although in the revolving restaurant, was extremely busy and often food as well as cutlery would run out and there would be no where to sit. The variety was little and tasted average. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

Huge room

Wow. Room was huge! Had a great view. Was sitting on top of mall with skating rink. So plenty of shopping in walking distance. I only stayed 1 night so I didn't get to use room to max potential but i would absolutely stay here again

Amazing hotel. Really good value for money. Superb breakfast in two different restaurants. The staff was mainly helpful and polite. However, we booked a room for 6, but it only had four beds, towels, plates etc. First they wanted to charge us for the extra beds, but then gave them for free. The room service was very helpful. Only one pool is open for hotel guests, that was a pity. But all in all very good experience. Would recommend.

The property was great and staff very approachable at all times. The only thing l would say it would be nice if you could make a call directly from the room instead of having to go through reception and also on the last night we asked for towels which we never received it’s a good thing we brought a spare hand towel with us.
