"Clean rooms great location friendly staff. Access to vehicle was a hassle going down two different elevators to get to basement. Room service was a little slow, sometimes had to call several times to get questions answered. I would definitely stay here but recommend staff to have more efficient service even if the service is great!"

"Apparently Expedia did not confirm the booking. I sm not sure whose fault it was. However, the hotel staff was noce to let me stay in their lounge for the night. "
