"We booked a presidential suite for a second time on the same trip (a few days apart). This second one we got was in good condition. So, there's two presidential suites on site. One has a ripped couch and is more dilapidated and one is in better aesthetic condition. Both had clean towels. The shampoo and conditioner in all the rooms needs total overhaul (they refill the same containers over and over and they don't work anymore)and the outside grounds and pool need complete cleanup and updating."

"Our experience at Palmaïa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. Every person we encountered was attentive, kind, and deeply committed to creating a meaningful experience for each guest. The service was consistently outstanding, thoughtful, personal, and professional. The resort grounds are breathtaking, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The meals were another highlight: gourmet, fresh, healthy, and prepared with incredible care and variety. We were especially impressed by the wellness offerings. The yoga teachers were outstanding, and the sound baths were among the most powerful and professionally facilitated we have ever experienced. The spa was equally amazing and added another layer of deep restoration to our stay. Palmaïa is much more than a beautiful resort. It is a place where nature, exceptional hospitality, nourishing food, and meaningful wellness experiences come together seamlessly. We left feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply grateful to everyone who made our stay so special. We would love to return."

"After booking we were immediately contacted by the hotel wondering about our expected arrival time, and the detailed directions on how to arrive at the hotel. That was an unexpected surprise and very welcomed. When we opened the arrival gate we were amazed by the natural beauty of the grounds, trees, plants, waterfall into a refreshing pool, so awesome. Then we opened the door to our room…. Spectacular! The thought put into everything. King sized bed with beautiful bedding. Towel art. Wood, stained glass, art…everything is so beautiful. Two relaxing chairs out the door. Pool towels, coffee, water, mini fridge. Storage everywhere. Skib toured us around the property and wow, every room was as beautiful as the one before it. Internet was great. We only spent two nights there and wished we could have enjoyed it a bit more but we spent a full day at Xcaret Park which is so close and convenient to the property. We will definitely return!"
