"Excellent "

"Everything was relatively clean except a small spot on the carpet. There technically was not a top sheet it was rolled to cover the comfortable. I didn’t mind thinking it’s easier to swap and clean. The bed was super confortable. "

"Staff was very friendly but the floors were filthy. Got out of the shower and got my clothes from the other room and went back to the bathroom with my bare feet not thinking anything and the floor towel had dirty get printed from my feet being wet on the floor. That completely grossed me out. Also there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. The air was perfect, the staff was wonderful it was just the floor that made me cringe. They were pet friendly which was extremely helpful as we were doing cross country live with our pets "

"The employees were so pleasant & helpful! The shuttle to Graceland & The Guest House was great, parked in the gated area & didn’t have to drive until we checked out! Beds comfy, room clean, a guitar shaped pool & a good breakfast!!! I will stay there again if I am in Memphis!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Staff was very friendly. The only negative, and it wasn't that bad, was the low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise we would highly recommend it. "
