"It was amazing! We were greeted by two lovely ladies (I didn’t catch their names but they were on the desk around 8:00 on the friday evening) and they were amazing! The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy, and located only a few mins away from the tube which was very ideal. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were very clean and all the members of staff were very accommodating and kind. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to London!! xxx"
"We stayed here for one night on our way through London Heathrow. It is conveniently close to the airport with several options for transfer (Uber, bus, airport shuttle bus, taxi)
We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was large and comfortable and served drinks and a decent menu. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant had a wide variety of excellent choices. Our room was comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. The bathroom was clean and had nice, quality fixtures and finishes. The HVAC system for the room was the most quiet of any hotel we could remember and had an easy to use thermostat. The bed was comfortable and on the soft side which we liked. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if passing through London. "

I like that I’m asked if I want room service and as I was only there two nights, so I said that I didn’t need one.
I didn’t use the restaurant but did get room service and it was quick and well cooked and tasty.
