Really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Location is fantastic, staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely.
One little thing and it may just be me but the mattresses were a little firm.
Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely room sofa, couch a bit lumpy, but that’s to be expected. Wonderful surprise to receive champagne upon arrival I love the VIP lounge. The hotel has such a cool vibe would definitely return. Great location.
Room was on the small side but spotless with every amenity you could need and very comfortable beds. Staff were all great but special mention for the concierge staff who couldn't have been more helpful.
Room was nice. Bathroom a little shabby, toilet roll holder loose and roll kept falling on the floor.
Room service was prompt but couldn’t understand the staff member that delivered, English was a little poor.
Breakfast was very busy but good choice.

The hotel is excellently located next to Marble Arch station, making it ideal for getting around the city.
Great location and excellent breakfast. Beds are comfortable and it’s good that you can open the window slightly to let the fresh air in. The lift moves swiftly and the hotel is promoting a greener environment with. The choice of getting your room cleaned or pausing it day few days.
Reception seems to vibe all the time. The Sound Bar makes a smashing cocktail and you can use your green voucher to reduce the cost.
Room ok. Reception was a bit of a nightmare new front desk system so hopefully that gets better. Bar area is now lively and well served. Theres also a ramseys hells kitchen opening soon which will be very good

I have been a few times at this hotel.
This time the check in was very fast, therefore I was positively surprised.
They are renovating the stage area, therefore there was less space in the hall.
The room was nice, but there was no water available to drink and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. They need to look into this aspect more carefully.
Overall, I was happy and the vibes and the staff is very nice.
Located in best area, close to Hyde Park and Marble Arch Tube station as well as directly on Oxford Street. Rooms are clean, beds are fine but for the next time, I prefer a room on an upper level. We had a room on the first floor with view into the patio and it was really dark. Besides our room wasn't prepared at regular check in time 3pm, we had to wait another 45minutes. Not so nice and the lobby was overcrowded. To be more specific: the organization could be better and quicker.
Save the intro by Michael at check-in, Desmond from Ghana saved the day. From then on it was a perfect stay. All staff were great, breakfast rich, location perfect area buzzing and cleanliness paramount. Will be back!
