The staff was very helpful and friendly and let us check in early as the rooms were ready for us. With a 3 night stay we had a good time in London. Breakfast was ok but wasn't consistent every morning. Not everyday there were hash browns and it would have been nice to have unsmoked and smoked bacon. Mushrooms were nice but on the label it should have been stated garlic mushrooms in case when guests have allergies. For the rest a great hotel with great beds for a good night sleep.

The location so close to Victoria Station is just perfect for travelers. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet, with its wide variety of hot and cold selections. Staff at checkin was less than charming, but efficient enough. Having a pot of coffee available in the lobby area for early morning travelers would be a welcome touch. Overall, convenient and satisfactory stay for the price.
