"The roof terrace and pool made the holiday in the crazy heat. The friendliest staff particularly on the terrace! Nothing was too much and the room was perfect. Would recommend."

"This hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. They were also walking distance to the train system which took us to the central section of town. They had free water containers that you could take because it was so hot. The room and bathroom were clean. They even had a smart toilet. The also had some kits in the bathroom incase you forget things at home. The only thing that they didn't have in the bathroom was skin lotion."

"Location/Room: I stayed in Room 216, a “premium double room with a balcony.” The room did have a small balcony, but nothing large enough to sit on. The view was of the Atocha train station and it was a little noisy considering how much commuting happens nearby, which wasn’t a problem. The actual volume issue was how loud the construction was directly in front of the hotel. Food: The food from the lobby restaurant is pretty good, but on the 7th floor? Eh. Amenities: Not much in the hotel besides a gym and the cafe + restaurant. Service: Most of the hotel staff were very nice, shoutout to Luis and Denise!"

"It was easy to find. The air conditioning was fabulous after a long hot day of travel. The shower had great water pressure and a good size. The staff was very helpful and always asking how they could help us. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great stay! Shuttle to airport was very convenient."
