The windows are large & overlook Plaza de Espana. About a 4 or 5 block walk onto Gran Via, and with tons of great eating options a block or two off the main road in just about any direction.

Good location but noisy at night, clean hotel. I was traveling with my baby girl and I needed a room after a long fly. Front desk told me there were no rooms of the category I choose but he gave me an upgrade (paying 30 extra euros per night even when they were supposed to do it for free since they are a VIP access hotel and that’s one of the perks for Platinum). Also, I did not receive any perk, then their VIP Access category is just to catch Expedia’s customers.
