Our stay was great, the staff was able to do an early check in for us after a long flight. The room was clean. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood close to a metro station and to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom and bedroom were a good size. Location was close to Real Madrid stadium. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Shower was very good. I would have liked some slippers and tea making facilities. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in very early as my flight landed at 7am. Overall very good hotel highly recommended.

Modern and super clean H10 really delivers

H10 is super clean, modern and incredibly quiet within a residential area but only several blocks from a metro line. The is no building adjacent to one side of the hotel so you hardly hear any noise at night, as the streets are very quiet. It does take a bit of effort to get to the tourist center, but I think the trade off is worth it with H10. This is as good of a high quality hotel as you'll find at a good price.
