"Room was spotless though very small. Staff polite and the location very convenient. They advertised a gym but it was tiny…only 3-4 treadmills. Some mats and nothing else. Very disappointing there. "

"Clean room, balcony overlooking the street. Two sizes of bathrobes for the double room. Tea and kettle. Some noise from the station but it didn't bother me. Very friendly staff, great cloakroom to store luggage (with locks, lockers, and a scale!). Great location. "

"The staff were absolutely lovely. From offering us heat packs when we headed out early in the winter mornings, offering us snacks after a long day and helping with local restaurant recommendations. I don’t often comment on the staff but these guys were fantastic."
