Hotels near Maruyama Park

"We are used to small rooms in Japan, but this was too small. We only took 1 piece of luggage and that was too much! Ok, so the room was small but everything else was superb. The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Many “from Hokkaido” options that varied each day and it’s a buffet so you can eat as much as you with of this delicious food. Lastly, Susukino is somewhat of a red-light district, but it’s Japan, so we still felt very safe, just a bit sad."

"Airport bus service was great. Walking distance to Sapporo station, Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, Tanukikoji Shopping, Nijo Market, Susikino. Lots of places to eat close by."
