"Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room. Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around. Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!"

"Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. There were no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, there were only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There was no plates or bowls provided. Otherwise, it was quick comfortable and location was good."

"Nicely located hotel near JR Sapporo which we used to get to the airport. There were shops and many konbini nearby too. The best has got to be the hot bath in the basement and the level of crowdedness was displayed in the room’s TV."
