Generally good and safe to stay☺️! Guest staying beside my room were so noisy as I think they are drinking in their room. They were so nosiy that I lost my sleep. Have informed staff about the noise but still continue the noise for about 45 minutes more after I have informed the staff!!

We waited 30 mins just to get checked in, when we arrived to the room there was no toiletries and towels, room has bugs and its dirty. Asked them twice for toiletries, they told us that they will send some and follow up so we waited but they never sent anything. We ended not taking a shower and just slept. They should have said they cant provide it so we didnt have to wait for so long. We also waited 35 min just to get checked out. Staff was not friendly or accommodating.
