Excellent rating is based on value for money - this was a budget hotel for a family for an overnight stopover in Manilla - but on that basis it was excellent - it is close to the airport, the "Family Room B" was perfect for 2 teenage boys and parents (2 singles and a queen). Rooms and bathroom were clean and the rooftop terrace was good.
