Room was in good condition, very courteous staff, food was surprisingly good, walking distance to Trinoma and SM. Asked for a wake up call but didn't get it, took more than half an hour and a follow up call for a bucket of ice, twice. Didn't know SOGO is a "short time " place.

Just ridiculous

Buses downstairs honking all night and day, served old reheated food I'm certain of that, found a giant pubic hair on my plate after eating my sisig, promised same price by manager for an extra night as the two days I booked, but reception the next morning refuse to honor that deal and price, wanting 700 php extra. I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
