The room was beyond expectation. Clean and modern. Kitchen basic needs were met. The agent that took care of my stay was very communicative and precise on what was needed for a smooth flow. I didn’t follow her requirements to get set up (submitting pictures of our ID on line) which turned out to be a night mare for us to proceed with checking in. I just found that specific procedure weird. But not at all Mayra’s fault. Traffic was crazy right outside our building. If you allow more time than usual when you commute, maybe it will,be less stressful. The building was properly maintained. Nice feature of the man made beach and nice view from our room.

Easter stay

The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. The bed was big and there was even a pull out bed matress under the bed, so the stated can sleep 4 was really true, can even sleep 5. The TV was big and have netflix. Then ofcourse for the actual wave pool outside the room well i would say it was over populated most of the time we were there as there are really lots of people. But overall the room is very satisfactor

Rooms were great, the area is really nice. The security and in fact the entire checking in and out process, felt like going into a maximum security prison! Their attitude was very abrupt. Other than the gestapo, the place was great for a cheap city stay

It was a tough go at the start with trying to pay for the room. They didn’t go through Expedia to charge my card, instead they wanted G-cash (their type of payment) and I have arrived late and didn’t get into my room right away because of the payment. It was a whole ordeal to get it sorted but then it was great after that.

The condo is filthy and stinks. We were told they just clean it but it wasn’t. Hair all over the place, stain dirt on the table including the bed sheets. Ants cockroaches too. Molds in the fridge, freezer and bathroom. Towels are dirty. I had to go to the convenience store to by disinfectant, and other cleaning stuffs including towels. Terrible experience. The listing on Expedia is nowhere close to the actual condition of the unit. The unit is very old and poorly maintained. The utensils were rusty, the scissors were too dull to cut anything, the toilet bidet would not shut off properly, and the shower drain was clogged. Check-in was acceptable, although it required some waiting before everything was set up. However, the check-out process was very inconvenient. They require a staff member to sign a release form before check-out can be completed. I requested a 9:45 AM check-out time, and the representative I was speaking with (Kyla) agreed. At 10:00 AM, I followed up to ask where the staff member who needed to sign the form was. She repeatedly said that the staff was on the way but could not provide an exact ETA. Later she said the staff would arrive at 10:30 AM, but the person only arrived at 10:50 AM. This was more than an hour past the agreed check-out time. It was very unacceptable that we were made to wait inside the unit for over an hour when we could have planned our time better if they had provided an accurate ETA. Overall the main concern here is their Expedia posting and the actual unit. Modern unit based on the posting, while the unit provided is a completely an old condo, which requires maintenance, reno, and replacement of the kitchenwares
