"Efficient room with everything I needed. Great staff ready to assist in the lobby. I kept on having to request an additional towel as was only ever allocated a single ine (and I like having two). Housekeeping did not turn over my bed linens during my 5 night stay. Paid for the breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. It was not appetizing and there are much better options available in the city."

"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."

"Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."

"Not staffs fault but many customers didn’t flip the sign to show that they were done with breakfast so many tables were empty but they weren’t sure if someone was still using the tables. One morning, there was a line but probably not necessary. "

The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

We had a very nice stay! Highly recommend. 5 star hotel in the middle of hustle and bustle of shibuya. Walking distance to everything."
