ホテルのスタッフの方々が親切でした。お部屋は清潔でしたが、清掃していただいても歯磨きのコップが新しいものに変えられていなかったのが少し困りました。あと、お部屋を30度設定にしてもとても寒かったので、ヒートテックやパジャマを2枚着たりする必要がありました。
しかし、こちらの要望には丁寧に応えていただきとても助かりました。また新百合ヶ丘の方に行くときはまた利用させていただきたいです。

We enjoyed our standard twin rooms.
Pros:
Fresh light decor
Ambient lighting
Spacious
Coffee/tea making facility
Very good pillows
Breakfast simple but well made
Attractive dining room, soothing atmosphere with light decor and lovely lighting, glass from ceiling to floor, looking out to terrace with potted plants, trees and flowers
Cons:
We had to change one of them because of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was dealt with quickly by the courteous staff.
More choice and fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome.
I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and leisure, and this is a very good one which I’d choose again, but I’d say it’s quite expensive for what it is - I suspect these prices reflect the lack of competition in the local area, which by the way is quite affluent and residential.

The cleanliness and staff service was impeccable. The TV stand looked kinda old. the cabinet door were sagging and uneven. Lots of shops nearby and of course the train station is right next door.

１、駅近で、商業施設併設のため便利でした。
２、古き良きホテルといった感じで、中庭もきれいでした。中庭でゆったり過ごしたいくらい。
３、スタッフの方も丁寧でした。事前のメール問い合わせも迅速な対応でした。
４、いい香り。エレベーターから出るとデュフューザーの高貴な香りのお出迎え。
5、朝食美味しかった。
口コミでは様々な意見を見ましたが、基本小規模ビュッフェ。
メインおかずプレートを６種類？から選び、サラダやパン、ごはんなどをビュッフェスタイルでお好きなだけといった感じでした。庭園を眺める朝食は心地よかったです。
6、アメニティ可愛かった。シャンプーなどはミニボトルの使い切りで可愛い。ルームウェアは上下セパレートのパジャマでした。
口コミで気になっていた、電源少ない問題は、ベッド脇に延長コードがあり問題なし。
全体的に満足で良かったのですが、悪い点・・・
１、空調効いていない問題。
当日日中は３０度を超える暑さでしたが、、部屋のエアコンが機能せず、熱中症になりそうな寝苦しい夜でした。
フロントの方に電話したところ、全館そうだという回答でしたが、おそらく当方の部屋はエアコンが壊れていたと思われます。
フロントや廊下は涼しかったので。
扇風機を貸し出す旨、空調の本体を調整するなどの対応はして頂きました。
窓も開けられない部屋だったので、廊下側のドアを開けて寝ようか迷ったほどでした。
再度確認された方がよいかと思われます。８階３ベッド部屋です。

We stayed there a few times. So they remembered and provided handrail and a chair in the bathroom for my 88 years old husband. It was nice.
