The cleanliness and staff service was impeccable. The TV stand looked kinda old. the cabinet door were sagging and uneven. Lots of shops nearby and of course the train station is right next door.

Lovely place

Very clean, spacious, nice breakfast (choice of western or Japanese). Beautiful facility next to the mall and taxi/train/bus station. Well worth the price. Would definitely stay there again.

The locus perfect and has a shopping mall connected to hotel and another shopping mall next to it, would book again here. The breakfast options were great too. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

The hotel is just a few steps from the train station that rapid express stops. That made it easy to travel to other nearby towns. Our room included breakfast, and it was simple but very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. If we come back to this area, we’d like to stay here again.

Excellent location, 1 minute walk to lovely shopping area and also train station. Room was clean and quiet, however, if you get a larger room on the 8th floor, the sound of the hallway air conditioner comes through the vent in the room. If you book with breakfast you get a choice of a meal, western or Asian.staff in the restaurant were so lovely.

Location is superb. 3 mins walk to the hotel after the Shinyuri station. Dining option is pretty good nearby. The bedding is ok and the pillow is not comfortable somehow. Overall, it is a nice hotel in the town.

We enjoyed our standard twin rooms. Pros: Fresh light decor Ambient lighting Spacious Coffee/tea making facility Very good pillows Breakfast simple but well made Attractive dining room, soothing atmosphere with light decor and lovely lighting, glass from ceiling to floor, looking out to terrace with potted plants, trees and flowers Cons: We had to change one of them because of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was dealt with quickly by the courteous staff. More choice and fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome. I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and leisure, and this is a very good one which I’d choose again, but I’d say it’s quite expensive for what it is - I suspect these prices reflect the lack of competition in the local area, which by the way is quite affluent and residential.

Most conveniently located near Shinyurigaoka station, this hotel was perfect for our visit to Japan from the US, visiting family and friends in the area. Our room was comfortable with a king-sized bed (especiallythe pillows really worked out for me!), the staff was polite & professional. I love one of the restaurants "Ume no hana". We'll stay there again when we come to Japan.
