Bed sheets had stains, walls were stained, the headboard to the bed was broken, the fan they provided was broken, and housekeeping doesn’t come if you are staying for multiple nights they only come on checkout day so you will need to ask them to actually clean the room.

Overall a little disappointed with the stay, we had booked the deluxe double room and when we got there the room we had was not representative of what was advertised when booking the deluxe double room. Pictures aren’t really true to what was advertised either, understand price is reasonable which is okay. Was not very clean, hair and dirt on the floors/shower/bed. Bed was comfortable though. The AC didn’t really work that well so it was quite uncomfortably warm in the rooms. I will say the staff were lovely and attentive but would not be returning.

Shops, bars, and fast food outlets, underground all within a 5-8 min walk. Basic hotel, but served its purpose for our 2 night stay. Roomand bathroom were clean, reception guy was very helful. Would use again.

Metro is very close by, don’t be scared of the reviews. Muhammad has done a great job of changing the place around for the better. He was very helpful!

Property was largely clean, however a leaky air conditioner caused some very wet bedsheets, the staff changed these once notified of the problem tho. There was mold in the bathroom, with some very rusted fittings. Wallpaper was wrapped and damaged. A deluxe room was booked to gain a coffee machine, but this was not present.

Check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed. Tesco express less than 2 minutes away. Tube station is also very close. My only gripe is that the shower was uncomfortably hot.
