A brilliant place to stay in London.
Absolutely brilliant few days stay at the hotel. Craig, Mark, Alessandro and Carmen made us feel really welcome and helped out with any questions we had. The room was bigger than expected and had everything equipped and included. I would definitely return and would recommend to anyone especially when travelling with young kids as the kitchen included was a big help. A five star hotel with a family-friendly feel. Location was also perfect for us, about a mile from Buckingham Palace and on the doorstep of Hyde Park.

For the price of a deluxe room in a 5 stars hotel, you get two rooms and more than 150 sq ft of space at Cheval Thorney Court. This is real value for money.
Very comfortable and quiet with no disturbances.location is very good and near to shopping on high street Kensington and you can walk directly to the Hyde park.
Hotel was spacious, comfortable and clean, with attentive staff and good amenities. We especially liked having an in-unit washer-dryer, as it meant we could economize on packing.
Excellent! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Beautiful apartment with the view to Hyde Park, excellent services, attention to every detail.
Large space, friendly staff, undesirable amenities
This apartment does not deserve the four and five star ratings it has been receiving, unless the reviewers in question are accepting of substandard amenities. In short, the air conditioning was only connected to the master bedroom and living room, not the second bedroom (NOT disclosed), the washer and dryer only washed but did not dry clothing, the magnetic door key never worked (the reception staff had to lock and unlock it from their desk), the kitchen smelled of burnt coffee or some other odor, the apartment was not ready at 3 pm as promised, and the master shower, shall we say, was interesting. Make sure you exit the tub before turning off the water unless you want the equivalent of an ice bucket dumped on you.
On the plus side: excellent location, quiet neighbourhood with tons of restaurants and bars, friendly staff, breakfast items waiting for you in kitchen upon arrival, 1,700-plus square feet (huge for Europe).
Large apartment with plenty of space and amenities for a family staying in London for 10 days. The location was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a more residential and less touristy area with nice shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The was easy access to the tube, hop-on buses and taxis too.
