The Hotel is beautiful and the staff was superb! Special shoutout to Stalin, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and made our stay memorable after a rough start. We appreciate him! The Club access was a plus.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff were really great to us, especially the person who checked us in and helped us several times, Dominiciale ? (Italian from Rome). The door staff + also especially the Concierge were very helpful with tips.
Amazing staff and service, Rooms are spotless. However I can only give it 4 stars as the rooms (which are a good size), only have very small windows and are quite dark.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff is incredible and everyone was incredibly kind to my kids. Close to many of the sites of London and definitely walkable. My family would absolutely stay here again.
The room was great and the facility of the hotel and check in staff were fantastic. However, sadly our night was spoiled by the night staff who don't understand the idea of room service or what it takes to look after the client.
The night staff were rude, dismissive, and unacceptable. All we wanted was a hot chocolate and ice cream, what we got was nothing but ridicules responses.
We stayed here for the London Marathon 2024 and had a BRILLIANT time! The beds were so comfy, location was perfect, and all of the hotel amenities were wonderful.
We had a generally pleasant stay, but a few details fell short. On the positive side, our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated how quiet the room was and the fact that we had full control over the temperature.
However, we ran into some frustrations. My companion and I are both larger men; when we requested a second robe, the staff delivered a small size that would only fit a petite person, which felt a bit dismissive of our needs. Additionally, both the shower and sink drains were badly clogged, taking a significant amount of time to empty. With a little more attention to maintenance and guest requests, this would be a 5-star stay.
