Hotel is clean updated with all needed comforts 10/10. Only issue was bed wasn’t the most comfortable but not awful. Dealt same at other Hilton Hotel in UK maybe it’s what the locals prefer.

Had a little duplication, digital key didn’t generate as they needed more info, arrived and provided more info before checkin and heading in to London and then had to provide the same info again when getting back as digital key still hadn’t updated in the app. Nice hotel, good cleanliness, 5 mins from the tube, good spec room. I loved the decor - i'd stayed at the hotel a while ago, and it had been refurbished very nicely since. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area nicely roomy Thank you for a good experience!

You needed better lighting around the property. Your receptionist desk was terrific, but you required clear instructions or information about the restaurant, the laundry team, and your guest. Times and menu, what they were serving, and when they would stop. They had hours for a late-night snack from 10 pm to 6 am. I called the number, but no one answered. I fell asleep that night without a meal. Please have instructions, menu, and hours listed clearly. Secondly, the warmer for the eggs does not work. Every morning, it was cold when I got it to my plate. Please check the equipment. Staff and breakfast were accommodating and friendly at times. I did enjoy my stay, but please make some changes. It would be invaluable if you had a shuttle to the airport and back to the Hotel. I want to thank Ms. Fatima and Mr Kai for making my stay enjoyable and helpful. Thank you to them.

Great hotel! Directly opposite to Ealing Common where we were visiting Festival. Lots of shops, bars & restaurants around hotel also has very good restaurant & bar area

The hotel is located near a busy road, so there is a lot of noise from passing cars at night. The room feels old and lacks proper cleanliness. However, the breakfast environment is comfortable, though the food options are limited.

Good hotel to stay in. Went to a concert at wembly but didnt anticipate the amount of traffic so of youre using it as a base leave earlier than usual. Rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was nice and shower was good. The staff were friendly and available to help. Hotel maintenance was happening so only 1 elevator available but apart from that a good stay.
