The hotel is in a great location as it is close to Regent Park, restaurants and shopping. The quality of the breakfast in the Level Lounge was very good and the the hotel staff was fantastic. The only negative is that they do not have parking at the hotel however there are parking lots close by. I would definitely stay at the hotel again with my family when visiting London.

Ecstatically pleasing but quirky room: No closet so clothes hang out in the open, only 2 storage drawers, no nightstand drawers and no work desk. Never did figure out how to work the lighting.

If you want to sleep don’t stay at this hotel, the sound proofing between rooms and corridors is awful. The rooms facing the front hear every bit of traffic and street noise (even on the 8th floor).

So so so good.

Really incredible hotel, amazingly central location- the Level services were almost too good- very euro/scandi style breakfast, the snacks/happy hour vibe was so good, the lounge super chill, fast WiFi, decent room with big bathroom, lots of room for luggage and toiletries. Will be back.

Nice hotel. Only 2 lifts working out of four and they broke down on a daily basis. Breakfast and free tapas very good. Entire hotel very warm. Had to leave windows open which didn’t help with traffic noise on an evening and high winds. Apart from that enjoyable 4 night stay

Upon check-in, I asked the counter if we could leave two luggage for three days custody as we need to do a short visit Manchester, the answer is positive just to pay a service fee. However, while we checkout, the bell room said that the hotel has changed their policy not to offer such service. Our train tickets are booked and time is limited to find any alternative but to bring the luggage in the short journey. The hotel is unreliable.

A good stay overall, with ups and downs

It's a nice hotel, but needs some tweaks. We tried the online check in, but never received confirmation, so we had to go to the reception. The receptionist was nice enough, but we were not offered any upgrade (hotels.com gold members should be offered one when available) When we got to the room, it was a little disappointing. Little details, like cables sticking out from under the TV, made the room look a tad shabby. We liked the toiletries, and the beds and bedding were good. The heating was broken, however, and blew out cold air. By the time the maintenance person had come and tried to sort it out, and a new room was arranged, it was 11 30pm. The new room was an upgrade, however it was a bit dusty, and so badly soundproofed that you could hear the guy next door snoring all night. Pros: The gym was perfect. It had everything you could need, and was immaculate. The Level lounge was a sweet idea, and provided a unique way to unwind from the city. Breakfast was faultless. Great selection and good quality.

The room we were assigned was freezing cold. The heating was broken in the room and the lady at reception could not have cared less. She said she would call her supervisor to get a new room assigned. We heard nothing so called back 15 min later and she said she couldn’t get through to the supervisor and therefore didn’t do anything. We eventually got a new room by explaining the situation to someone else and they were willing to help. Who assigns a room with zero heating when it is -1C outside and then doesn’t care at all? So strange.

Small issues make for a poor stay. Luggage was not taken to the room, I had to go find it in reception myself. Leak from bathroom ceiling not fixed. One of the noisiest rooms I've stayed in in London, 518 and the 3 near it should not be chargeable such is the noise from the lifts, the windows are sub-standard so the road noise terrible. Ear plugs essential. On a positive - The rooms are a good size with good amenities, The gym, Level area are excellent as is the breakfast and general offering.

Fantastic hotel - I need to try more Melia’s!

The Melia is great - high attention to detail and service. New large bottle of water in room everyday. Daily turndown service. Great fitness center. And The Level is amazing for breakfast or a snack anytime of day. Staff is friendly, attentive. Also a great location!

The most comfortable stay & best service given hotel in London. We’ve stayed in a good few in Mayfair & Marlyebone, The Level at the Melia White House is the one we love to return to again & again. Amazing location 10 minutes walk from Euston station, close to Regents park and beautiful Marylebone. Close for Mayfair too. It’s the one we choose every time because everyone is eager to make your stay as wonderful as can be and the rooms are simply luxurious. The beds are lush and the rooms are spotless & have everything needed for a nice stay. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Magdalena, Zubair, Lena, Haben, Jaime, Sebastian & Susan. The lovely lady who checked us in on our this stay, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, you always greet us with a smile and welcome us back. Thank you. Andrei who has recently moved department in the hotel thank you for the loveliest surprise with a handwritten note on our last recent stay along with a delicious fruit platter to welcome us back. Séjour au top, grande chambre confortable avec coin salon séparé, 1 tv dans la chambre et 1 dans le salon. Salle de bain assez grande avec douche et baignoire. Canapé dans le coin salon qui peut servie de lit une personne. Une chambre suite où il fait bon se reposer. La séparation de la chambre et du salon et du salon avec la salle de bain se fait à l'aide de rideaux occultants. Pratique mais pas vraiment d'intimité.... Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Accès au lounge qui varie tous les jours le type de tapas proposés. Vraiment au top avec une grande salle calme et bien décorée. Je recommande vivement car l'emplacement est génial, à 2mn à pieds du metronet des arrêts de bus.
