Amazing hotel in a central location.

Check in was flexible, our room was ready at 12.30pm and reception said we could check in early and gave a complimentary upgrade to a square view premium room. The room was great and the bedding good quality. Roof terrace adds a lovely touch with its view of the city. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Great hotel and location but breakfast not great.

The hotel was lovely and the view from the top was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing - cold plates and very little bread for toast - with a very slower toaster! The breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid. We would definitely recommend the hotel and its location for the theatres. We come again.

No windows. Bathroom door was glass and faces bed so, if using the toilet and someone is in bed( there is nowhere to sit) you are exposed

The staff was very nice and friendly and it is prime location. The room wasn’t clean enough, reception and rooms floor doesn’t smell good, elevators are very slow and no toilet in the reception floor.

Excellent location coupled with a very attentive staff. The towels are the cheapest towels I have ever had in a hotel. Also, the rug in the room needs to be replaced or deep shampoo.

Worth a stay

Lovely hotel, front of house staff were very helpful. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, unfortunately the air con wasnt working during the night or morning which made it alittle unbearable to be in. Breakfast on rhe top floor was very good with a fantastic view.

Great room with a view. Clean and newer inside. This property is right in the middle of everything. You can grab a taxi, or the hop on hop off bus right there. Great pub right next door. The rooftop restaurant is perfect for a quiet dinner with a view. It's a 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace.
