It’s almost good… but disappointing in many ways. The rooms are quite basic for the money and didn’t smell fresh. Elevators are a nightmare and takes forever to get to your floor. On the plus side, the AC is excellent and the bathrooms are lovely.

Amazing hotel in a central location.

Check in was flexible, our room was ready at 12.30pm and reception said we could check in early and gave a complimentary upgrade to a square view premium room. The room was great and the bedding good quality. Roof terrace adds a lovely touch with its view of the city. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

We had a great stay at the hotel indigo, the staff were great and attended to any of our needs including always accommodating my service dog [Coco]. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again whenever in London.
