I had a wonderful stay at the The Kensington Hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special from start to finish. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere with great cocktails. The location in Kensington is perfect. Close to everything, but still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk was very helpful, Ann at the switchboard, Maintenance et all. Clean room, and very comfortable beds. Lobby bar is also perfect, the bartender was very professional and made great cocktails.
