立地はパディントン駅近く抜群に便利。内装は比較的新しく整っていますが、浴室トイレの換気扇が動かず、湿気と下水臭が抜けない状態でした。フロントにクレームして直すと言われたものの結局1週間の滞在中何も改善されませんでした。他にもタオルヒーターも壊れっぱなし。 ルーム清掃でもタオルが人数分なかったり、飲料水が補充忘れが数日ありました。ロンドンのホテルのクオリティとコスト高はまあそんなものとも思いますが、さすがにもう少し何とかならないものかと思う滞在でした。

I misunderstood the term "city view" when I ordered my room, and even though the mistake was on my part, Shah and Lessie in the reception upgraded my room free of charge and gave me free breakfast. The excellent service I recieved from these two is the main reason i will probably book my room at the Hotel Indigo the next time I travel to London.

Jag och min väninna fick ett rum som hade en väldigt liten säng, men dom ordnade så vi kunde bo i ett rum allra längst ner med en jättestor säng och ett betydligt större rum. Bra och tänka på att rummen inte är så stora och sängarna om man inte är ett par .

Super Hotel. Zentral an der Paddington Station gelegen, daher nicht ruhig aber mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Pubs vor der Tür. Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant (aufgrund der Lage aber nicht unbedingt notwendig). Einzig die „Garden view“ ist ein Witz. Zimmer geht zur Straße. Der schräg gegenüberliegende Minipark ist der „Garden“

We arrived at 2.45pm, admittedly 15mins before the expected check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready and therefore sent away. Returning at 3.45 we were told we’d been given an room upgrade (yay), only to find the room 505 was literally in the basement with no real natural light (there were doors to a outside area 3ftx3ft void covered in pigeon poo.. equally the door was open with no way to lock it.. (we requested twice from reception to come and lock it)… only leaving for our evening meal, passing reception did have to ask for the third time to lock it. in terms of the room what we named ‘the dungeon’. The room had flying tiny flies, and ants in the bathroom. The bed while being a queen bed had a twin headboard so a massive gap with pillows against the cold wall in the middle with no padding to lean against.. To cap off the terrible room was a door stop into the floor in matching colour to the floor, which my wife tripped over and broke her toe and sprained her arm with a matching massive bruise 8” in size.. (we have a lovely memento picture of her arm and broken toe). What’s frustrating is we chose this hotel over many other hotels, due stopping in this brand of hotel in York which was lovely.. as for stopping at this one… 100% we would avoid at all costs.. On checking out, the reception person asked ‘how was our stay’, to which we said ‘just about ok…’ nothing else was said by the reception?? literally not interested. Worth £289 per night.. No chance. Rip off

My room furniture was old (though the bed was good) and the TV service had no program guide. The shower was very good, the coffee machine appreciated and pods always replenished. Daily room service was excellent, and Housekeeping was extremely helpful. The Paddington Station area lacks good dining choices, a problem for many years. This hotel is almost invisible but I find it convenient.

Booked the indigo hotel near Paddington. Called the hotel reception the day of arrival to check all was ok with the booking, was confirmed it was. Upon arrival was told hotel was full and we were being ‘upgraded’ to a sister hotel the mercure. The mercure is an old tired hotel no where near as nice, cannot possibly call this an upgrade, terrible service and way to treat customers. If I’d wanted to stay at the mercure…. I’d have booked the mercure Disgraceful behaviour and total lack of respect to the customer. If I’d been told at 2pm when I called to check the room was booked that there was no room at the hotel I would have cancelled there and then and found somewhere else to stay
