My room furniture was old (though the bed was good) and the TV service had no program guide. The shower was very good, the coffee machine appreciated and pods always replenished. Daily room service was excellent, and Housekeeping was extremely helpful. The Paddington Station area lacks good dining choices, a problem for many years. This hotel is almost invisible but I find it convenient.

Location (5 min walk to Paddington station which means fast train to Heathrow and easy access to Tube) was great. Very small room but good, hot, modern shower. Great breakfast served in cute downstairs cafe. Walkable to Kensington Gardens. No bar at premises but at least 4 pubs just outside the door. Good dining options very close.

Very convenient with location near paddington station. Room was very quiet despite being in a busier location. Easy walk to Hyde park. Probably much better areas for shopping and restaurants in London but the ease of transportation made that not matter much.

A pleasant hotell nicely located near Paddington station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The first room we had was very small, but nice and clean. We asked for an upgrade the next day to a bigger room with a bigger bed which was no problem at all. Within less than two hours we had a new great room which made the rest of our stay wonderful. The bathroom was quite small but fresh and clean with a great shower. The breakfast served at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very good. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a King room at Hotel Indigo and was moved to a room at the "sister hotel" which was essentially the size of a closet. Ultimately, I cancelled my room and moved to a different hotel.

We arrived and were given a room in the basement. It definitely felt like a basement too. It was dark. The bed was hard as a rock. The floor was uneven in spots, esp by the bathroom. We stubbed our toes several times on that. There was also a nail sticking up from the floor in the bathroom that we stepped on. We coveredd it with a towel for the remainer of the trip. We asked about getting a different room but there were none. They did give us a free breakfast. Would not stay here again.

Cockroaches, pigeon poo and kitchen extractor tube

I booked a room with outdoor space, in this case a patio; the patio came with many extras, such as cockroaches, wood lice, pigeon poo and the kitchens smoke extractor . The cockroaches eventually moved in, we had one in the toilet this morning
