Convenient location directly next door to tube station. Easy check in process. Toilet roll holder snapped off leaving sharp edge, shower door off its rollers, extractor fan broken, window rattles when open. Room so small had to squeeze between wall and end of bed. Hallways in need of a deep clean.

Convenient hotel for Euston

Room clean with clean bathroom, just as required. Available air con, lack of external street noise which was great....just really close to the tube so could hear that during running time. New carpets in the process of being fitted

Location fabulous, getting into the property using the coded door (same code for everyone) having to ram it open asap otherwise you couldnā€™t get in. Staircase carpet filthy. Room dirty, nothing like advertised, picture fallen off wall and placed gathering dust on the wardrobe also the room came with a large toenail clipping next to the bed. We slept okay because we were so tired. Thought weā€™d make use of the checking out time being 11:30. However at 10:50 the cleaner opened our door whilst we were dressing. We asked her to come back. At 11:05 she knocked and said, when are you leaving, I am waiting outside, wait, open the door and give me your key now! Wonā€™t be returning to The Hurdwick. But we love Camden.

Itā€™s not really a hotel, but a house with rooms. Our room didnā€™t correspond with the pictures and the bed was way too small for 2 people, itā€™s a 1 person bed at best. So it was a really uncomfortable stay. The room wasnā€™t particularly clean and the water in the shower and sink donā€™t go down well. The positive about this stay is the little terrace and tea & coffee supplies. Amazing restaurants around it and very convenient location.

On arrival, sensor light in hall didn't turn on until i got to stairs. Dirty stained carpet. Climbed narrow stairs to 2nd floor with luggage (no lift). No safe or fridge and nightclub across the road went til after midnight with 'doof doof' music blaring. Same entry code for everyone. Bathroom sink made glug glug sounds when draining and you could hear the underground (not in the bedroom so much). No drinking glass but cups for coffee/tea ok. Paying for the location which was convenient for Eurostar.

Loved it!

This was such a lovely place. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and well taken care of. Steps away from the underground. 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location right by a tube station and near to King's Cross train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Room was small but adequate for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately, no lift meant hauling our luggage (for 2 week vacation) up 4 flights of narrow stairs.

Check in to the hotel was smooth. Room was small, but did the job for being in the city. Bed was small, but again did the job. Shower was nice, bathroom clean and shampoo/shower gel provided. My big issue, I have flagged it with the host- they need to sort out the gutters/drainage outside room 10 as with the rain during the night the noise of the water falling on to the flat roof made it impossible to sleep. We were awake from 3AM because of the noise. I hope they sort it

Nice room - good location right beside a tube stop on the northern line and 15 mins walk from Kings Cross. Check-in/out was super easy, my key was on the bed waiting for me.

Great hotel, perfect Location

Had a fantastic couple of nights stay. Perfect as we went to a concert at the KoKo the first night. Literally a few minutes walk from the hotel. Camden is great for shopping and food. Lovely hotel. Good communication from owners about check in etc. Very clean room. Would definitely stay again.

Great nights sleep

Great communication from host, very comfortable bed, took me longer than usual to get out of it in the morning. Great nights sleep. One of the two showerheads needs replacing but apart from that a great place

Went there for a concert - couldn't be any closer to Mornington Crescent tube station. The only down side was the street noise but earplugs were provided & apart from emergency sirens all was good.

The room was nice and okay and looked Fresh bed was not a doubblebed it was a 140 the rest of the facility needed to freshen up , stairs was a rough dirty rug Downstairs needed to be a bit uppdated and outside looks better in pic.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful and very mindful staff, they really made a difference! The room was tiny, tidy and cozy. Lovely and neat kitchen with a balcony. Close to subway, a bit noisy outside, but the sound-proof windows and walls made you feel at home! The bathroom was immaculate! Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Easy to get there by public transportation. Good possibilities for grocery shopping, variety of restaurants in walking distance. Communication prior my arrival was good. Easy to access with door code. Unfortunately the carpet in the room and the bed sheets had stains and the whole room was dusty and not very clean besides the bathroom. I stayed in a room in the basement which was very noisy due to the subway, the street and the room of the housekeeping room next to mine. The day of my departure the stairs were blocked with bags of laundry so I was asked to get out through other ppls room and then through the backyard.
