Conveniently located to get into Leytonstone. The room was quite small and basic, and a little tired looking but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was simple and the staff we met were friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.

As Always, a comfortable nights sleep with great food delivery places nearby or a short walk away. O'Neils if you want watch sports !!

An average stay

My stay here was good, although the room was a bit sparse of anything, such as a teaspoon for hot drinks and some shower gel in the shower, these would’ve been appreciated. Also, a large amount of dust in the bathroom.

Basic hotel with small room but comfy bed, decent shower and tv. Location good 10 min walk from Wanstead and Snaresbrook tube stations. Rooms are at a no frills price so was surprised to find tea and coffee making and a scent diffuser. Sadly there were no spoons, the milk cartons were off and the scent had run out

it was clean, easy to warm up the room, self contained, easy to access. your list above is otherwise irrelevant - there was no dining option , shopping or parking. but both leytonstone and wanstead / snaresbrook were in easy walking distance

Lovely host. Clean sheets and fresh towels each day but the room is tired and could do with a deep clean. Bathroom also needs some attention. No food options on site, although there is a tescos in walking distance. Parking is limited. That said, not a bad price given location, will probably be back.

Asked for 3 single beds on booking details via Expedia, but unfortunately wasn’t available up on arrival. Info not showing on hotel system? Had to settle for a double & single, receptionist did try to accommodate. The room & bathroom was clean with hot fast flowing water. Not the biggest of bathrooms. Just a few little picky things: The kettle was too large to fit in the sink / under the tap for water. The room could have had a couple of pictures of the local area / London etc. Maybe a splash of colour on one wall instead of just white with grey carpet. I would recommend & use again for good value for money.
